The Kai Jeremiah Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting preemie babies and their families. We understand the unique challenges that preterm infants and their loved ones face, and we strive to provide them with the care, resources, and support they need during this critical time. Our foundation is named after Kai Jeremiah, a brave little preemie who inspired us to create a positive impact in the lives of other preemie babies.
