He served honorably in the United States Coast Guard for 4.5 years, embodying values of integrity and selflessness. Motivated by a personal experience in the NICU, Dane co-founded the Kai Jeremiah Foundation in 2016, providing support to families with premature babies.

As the owner of the Stewart Wealth Group, LLC, he offers financial guidance and helps clients secure their future. Dane's commitment to community service extends to his role as a Fire Fighter/EMT with the City of Orlando Fire Department. He holds certificates in Fire Standards and Emergency Medical Technician.

Dane also volunteers at Alive Church, contributing to various initiatives. With a diverse background and unwavering dedication, he continues to positively impact lives.

Virginia Castro-Stewart

Co-FOUNDER/Vice Chairman of the Board

Virginia is a highly experienced and dedicated individual who has made a significant impact in the field of emergency medical care. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed paramedic in the State of Florida, she has been instrumental in providing life-saving care to those in need. Virginia has worked in pre-hospital settings, responding to emergencies with speed and skill, as well as in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room, where her expertise and calm demeanor have helped countless patients.

Beyond her professional achievements, Virginia is an active member of Alive Church, where she serves and contributes to the community. Her commitment to her faith and the well-being of others shines through in her involvement with various church initiatives and projects.

In addition to her medical career and community involvement, Virginia is also an aspiring author. With a passion for storytelling and a creative spirit, she is dedicated to honing her writing skills and sharing her unique perspectives with the world. Through her writing, Virginia aims to inspire, entertain, and bring about positive change in the lives of her readers.

Mara Bello is a dedicated individual who brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the Kai Jeremiah Foundation. With a strong bond forged through a long-standing friendship with Virginia, Mara's involvement with the foundation is deeply personal and driven by her desire to support parents facing similar challenges to those experienced by the Stewarts.

Mara's educational background and expertise have played a significant role in shaping her commitment to making a positive impact. She attended Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science in 2009. Recognizing the importance of education in empowering others, Mara pursued a Master's degree in Secondary Education, which she obtained in 2012.

For the past 10 years, Mara has been an esteemed educator, dedicating herself to shaping the lives of students and instilling in them a love for learning. Her experience as a teacher has honed her communication skills, empathy, and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Driven by her personal experiences and her passion for helping others, Mara joined the Kai Jeremiah Foundation, wholeheartedly embracing the opportunity to support parents navigating the challenges of having a premature baby. Her firsthand understanding of the emotional and physical toll that such experiences can bring gives her a unique perspective and empathy in her role as a board member.
