Virginia Castro-Stewart: Co-Founder/Chairman

Virginia shares a passion for the medical field. With over 10 years of Paramedic experience she has been able to understand the shortage of research on Neonatal healthcare & treatments. After the loss of her micro-preemie son Kai she made it her mission to raise awareness  on PreLabour Preterm Rupture of Membranes(PPROM)  and neonatal prophylactic care.  Virginia focuses on providing immediate hospitality to the parents currently in the NICU. She has made it a priority to honor the lives of those preemie babies who fought hard but are no longer with us. Breaking the silence and taboo on infant loss, Virginia encourages those parents who want to talk about their angels to do so freely through their foundations social media page. She openly shares her faith and love for Christ who has gotten her through the unimaginable.

Dane Stewart: Co-Founder/Vice-Chairman

Dane is a U.S Coast Guard veteran with a passion for Michigan football and is a Fire Fighter/EMT with Orange County Fire Rescue. After the loss of his son Kai, Dane joined forces with his wife Virginia and rallied up The Team. He focuses on making connections throughout the community by sharing his passion for premature babies and his vision to impact the lives of many working fathers' who must work to sustain their families and balance NICU life with their preemie(s).  Dane in essence is the Coach of The Team; with his infectious smile and sense of humor he can brighten anyones day. He is very open about the loss of his son Kai and the love he has for Christ who has given him strength to share his story with the hope that he can help someone else who is experiencing a similar loss.
